As long as I can remember, music has always been a part of my life. I go to bed at night singing and wake up every morning with a song! Growing up in a large family of eight children, my mom (who brought the music to us all), remembers our best behavior was when we sang together! Music is such an awesome gift. It has the power to bring people together, create memories and stories that are brought back through song and melody. Some of my inspirations are Phyllis Hyman, Corinne Bailey Rae, Maysa, old school R&B and Lovers Rock Reggae.
I look forward to the journey with inPerspective and singing and creating new memories with you.

Over the past 20+ years, I’ve played with a number of bands in the Boston, MA, area featuring everything from R&B, Blues, Funk, Jazz, Folk, Rock, and Reggae. The cross-genre experience provided a unique way to add different colors, textures, and styles to songs in any genre with an emphasis on simplicity. Creatively expressing oneself through music is often described as a gift. Of course, anyone experiencing the joys of creativity must never separate the creative gift from the gift giver.

Roberto Rangel, (Rob for short) born in Havana, Cuba. A thirty-year veteran of the sticks and skins. He began playing the streets of Havana at age 12 with pots & pans (drums were not available in Cuba to the general population). Rob has deep roots in Latin, Jazz, and Classic Rock music.
The range of influence runs the scale – from Gene Krupa, Bernard Purdie, and Dennis Chambers to Ringo Starr, John Bonham, and Steve Gadd. Rob brings a new percussive vibe and energy to the inPerspective collaborative.

Ray’s professional playing experience spans decades, geographical boundaries, styles, and genres. Whether in the studio or on the road, in a big band or a small jazz combo, Ray's command of mainstream jazz, rock, pop, reggae, r&b, and contemporary ("smooth") jazz takes the inPerspective music experience to a whole new level.

Charlotte “RB” Silva is a jazz vocalist with a natural ability to captivate audiences with her soulful voice. Her love for jazz vocalists and music classics has led her to explore a wide range of musical genres, from jazz blues to swing and more. Her performances are a testament to her passion for music and her dedication to her craft.
inPerspective Music is proud to welcome RB to our growing collection of musical collaborators. Her unique style and talent will undoubtedly add a new dimension to our musical offerings. We look forward to working with her as a Heart Collection artist and gig entertainer for small to medium-sized venues and events.
